1.Basis of use of the SLS Creative website and Facebook Page
1.1 The SLS Creative website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using www.sls-creative.com or www.facebook.com/slscreative you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SLS Creative website in general, the products you purchase from the SLS Creative website and all services provided in connection with them.
1.3 These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
2.1 When registering an account on SLS Creative it is your responsibility to ensure your details, both billing and shipping are correct and complete.
2.2 It is your responsibility to ensure that you are logged in to your account when proceeding with an order to ensure that you can track your order.
- Intellectual Property
3.1 The content of the SLS Creative website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the SLS Creative site on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form, or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the SLS Creative site without written permission from SLS Creative.
3.2 By ordering from SLS Creative you allow SLS Creative to use imagery including your logo for promotional purposes, both physical and digital, across the SLS Creative website and related social media channels.
3.3 No license is granted to you in these Terms and Conditions to use any of SLS Creative’s artwork or imagery, or that of its customers.
3.4 All proofs sent to you are the property of SLS Creative and you are not granted permission to print, forward or use these proofs for promotional purposes. If you wish to receive digital / print ready versions of your artwork you must purchase file copies at the time of ordering. File copies are not available for items created using SLS Creative’s templates, such as order books / account books and products of a similar nature.
3.5 SLS Creative reserves the right to use legitimately purchased stock imagery in designs where required.
3.6 You may not duplicate / source reprints of any items purchased from SLS Creative unless file copies have been obtained. Items created using SLS Creative’s templates are strictly not to be reproduced or copied.
- Third Party Websites
As a convenience SLS Creative may directly link to other websites or material. SLS Creative is not responsible for any of these websites or material which is beyond its control.
- Availability of the SLS Creative Website
5.1 Although SLS Creative aims to give you the best service possible, SLS Creative cannot guarantee that the service will be fault free. If a fault occurs in the service you should report it to email@example.com and SLS Creative will attempt to correct the fault as soon as reasonably possible.
5.2 If any fault occurs while ordering during a sale period and is not resolved during before the sale ends then this is unfortunately beyond the control of SLS Creative and the sale price cannot be honored at a later date.
5.3 Your access to the SLS Creative site may occasionally be restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance and the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can.
- Purchasing from the SLS Creative website and other channels
6.1 When purchasing from SLS Creative either via the website, email or social media, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.
6.2 You authorize SLS Creative to process payments using the details you provide.
- Descriptions and prices of products
7.1 If there is anything that you do not understand on the SLS Creative website, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact stacey@slscreative
7.2 SLS Creative will always endeavor to provide your order as specified in the product listing, however on occasion material substitutions may be provided. These will always be of an equal or greater specification to that listed.
7.3 The price of the product does not include the delivery charge, this is calculated at the checkout.
7.4 Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown for products are correct when added to the website. If by mistake we have under priced a product, or listed it for free unintentionally then SLS Creative is not obliged to supply that product to you at the stated price, provided that you are notified within 7 days of your order being placed. In this circumstance SLS Creative reserves the right to cancel your order and give you a full refund on any amount that you have already paid for the product.
7.5 All prices are subject to change at any given time.
7.6 Prices quoted via email or social media will remain valid for 14 days after the initial quote. After which time you will need to request an updated quote.
8.1 All products advertised are subject to availability or while stocks last (as may be applicable).
8.2 In the interests of all our customers, we may place restrictions on how many of a product you can buy for some products.
9.1 Delivery will be made to the address specified when you complete the order.
9.2 Please note that we only deliver to addresses within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. We may block postcodes at our discretion for security purposes, we will advise you of this when entering your postcode into your account.
9.3 We use a variety of delivery methods depending on the size of the order. For more information on delivery arrangements please email firstname.lastname@example.org
9.4 Whilst SLS Creative makes considerable effort to deliver all your products within the time periods agreed we shall not be liable if we fail to do so in part or full due to circumstances beyond our control. We shall contact you to let you know if we are having any problems getting a product to you within that time.
- Return and refund policy
10.1 If you change your mind about your order within the specified lead time after ordering then you will be able to cancel your order and require a full refund. To do so email email@example.com. (Lead time is determined on a per-order basis. Please see your order receipt to check your specific lead time.)
10.2 Orders which have progressed into, and past ‘processing’ status are can not be cancelled or refunded. This applies also to orders which are on hold, or have had information requested.
10.3 SLS Creative does its best to ensure all orders are made to your complete satisfaction. However, if your order is faulty you may return the item and receive a replacement or refund. Refunds and replacements will not be issued until the faulty item has been received.
- Gift Cards and Coupons
11.1 Gift cards can be used for all or part of your order and must be redeemed at www.sls-creative.com any remaining balance after completing your purchase will be issued in the form of a new voucher code.
11.2 Gift cards can be purchased during sales, however these can only be redeemed on full price items and cannot be used as payment in future sales.
11.3 Coupons can only be used on www.sls-creative.com and must be redeemed prior to their expiry date. Please see your coupon for further information and conditions.
11.4 SLS Creative reserves the right to terminate the operation of any coupon or discount code at any time without notice.
- Refusal of service
12.1 SLS Creative reserves the right to suspend or close your account immediately at our reasonable discretion if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
12.2 SLS Creative reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion.
- Order Process
13.1 By placing an order with SLS Creative you agree to be cooperate with the order process outlined here.
13.2 By ordering from SLS Creative you agree that it is your responsibility to provide full and accurate information and supporting artwork / files to complete your order. If this is not done so within the time outlined in the order process it will result in your order being placed on hold.
13.3 It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the correct email address is provided for receipt of proofs and to check any spam filters that may be active on your personal email account. No items will be printed without express approval of proofs.
