#TeamSLS Terms & Conditions
By applying to join #TeamSLS you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
1. Application of Terms
- These Terms apply to your application to, or participation in the #TeamSLS Program.
- Sadly you can’t apply to or participate in the Program unless you accept these Terms and indicate your acceptance (by entering your full name) on the #TeamSLS application form.
- You may not apply to, or participate in, the Program if you are under 18, and #TeamSLS is currently only available to UK applicants.
- These Terms shall be deemed accepted by you upon the earlier of your
(i) submitting an application to join #TeamSLS; or
(ii) continued participation in the Program.
- We may make changes to the Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll make a new copy of the Terms available by email as well as on our website and on this page. If you continue to participate in the Program after the date on which the Terms have changed, you are deemed to have affirmatively accepted the updated Terms.
2. Joining #TeamSLS
- Potential #TeamSLS members must submit a complete application on the registration page.
- Applications are reviewed by the SLS Creative team and you will be notified by email as to your application status.
- SLS Creative reserve the right to terminate a members #TeamSLS affiliation at any time without prior notice.
- #TeamSLS members may only promote SLS Creative items in accordance with the descriptions detailed on our website, and make every effort to ensure our branding and ethics are adhered to.
3 Advertising Material
- Advertising materials are provided in the #TeamSLS dashboard and in the #TeamSLS Private Facebook Group. As a #TeamSLS member you are permitted to use your own advertising materials if desired, but they must be approved by a member of the SLS Creative Management Team.
- SLS Creative does not endorse spam marketing, and #TeamSLS members found to be doing so will be terminated.
3 Commission Payments
- Cash commission is paid on a weekly basis, starting the second Friday from your sign up date. (I.e: If you sign up on Wednesday the 12th, your first payment date will be Friday 21st)
- You may choose between Bank Transfer, PayPal or Store Credit to receive your commission payments
- Bank Transfer: Bank Details can be provided to email@example.com – once your payment details are set up on the online banking system they will be deleted from all SLS Creative inboxes.
- PayPal: If choosing paypal, deposits will be made to you weekly via ‘goods and services’ – you are responsible for any fees incurred
- Store Credit: If choosing store credit, you will receive a higher commission percentage rate. The cash value will be displayed in your #TeamSLS dashboard, but you will receive the higher percentage when withdrawing your store credit. You can withdraw your store credit at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org – at which time a voucher will be credited to your SLS Creative account for you to use as you wish. This voucher does not have to be used all at once
- Taxes: You are responsible for ensuring any tax that you are liable for is paid for. By joining #TeamSLS you are not employed by SLS Creative, but are a member of an affiliate program with excellent benefits and privilege packages.
- To be awarded commission the customer you refer must visit SLS Creative via the referral link you are provided with. This will store a cookie in their browser – if they purchase within the next 7 days, you will be awarded the commission. If you are not awarded commision in your dashboard for a purchase that you believe you referred, please email email@example.com within 48 hours of the purchase being made to ensure the issue is addressed.
- Lifetime commissions: You will receive the rate of commission determined by your current #TeamSLS level for the first purchase made by a referred customer. You will also receive 10% commission on all of their future purchases. Nice!
- Cancellations: If your customer cancels their order we will either request a repayment on your commission, or deduct the refund amount from your #TeamSLS balance on the next payment date.
- SLS Creative is not responsible for loss of earnings due to site downtime / maintenance / technical issues. #TeamSLS commission is not a substitute for a regular income and should not be relied on as such.
4 Privilege packages & discounts
- Your privilege package will be determined according to the number of referrals you have generated. Your #TeamSLS level and discount code will be updated in your profile within 48 hours of reaching a new level. You will then be contacted to discuss production and dispatch of your Privilage Package items. We aim to dispatch #TeamSLS privilege packages within 10 working days of reaching your new level.
- Your discount code is connected to your email address and can only be used with your account. Discount codes will become active after you have made your first referral. Discount codes are valid for the duration of your participation in #TeamSLS. Purchases using your personal discount code must be dispatched to your primary delivery address. SLS Creative reserves the right to withdraw discount codes if we feel they are being misused / shared.
- Your @teamslscreative.com email address is only to be used for #TeamSLS related business, and may be subject to spot checks. Upon termination of your participation, your @teamslscreative.com email address will be closed.
4 Profiles and #Teamsls participation
- By joining #TeamSLS you agree to be active within our social media channels, this includes but is not limited to: sharing products within relevant social media groups / pages, promoting SLS Creative across your own social media presence, and ensuring SLS Creative is always represented in a positive light when you are discussing us and our products.
- You agree to allow your likeness to be displayed on the #TeamSLS member page, where your @teamslscreative.com email address will be displayed, along with your name, #TeamSLS level and selected profile picture.
